Our small group classes are science-backed, overseen by a physician, and designed for all fitness levels. Our pay what you can model keeps expert strength training accessible to all women, regardless of income.

Strength Foundations

Designed for beginners and anyone wanting to solidify their technique. Learn the basics of safe, effective movement with personalized feedback and support, all in an energizing small group class.

Tues & Thurs 7am - With Julia

Women strength training weightlifting classes

Strength Progression

Take your strength to the next level! Ideal for those with some prior experience, this small group class introduces barbell lifts and helps you refine your form and strength through more challenging, progressive workouts.

Tues & Thurs 6am - With Julia
Mon & Wed 5:30pm- With Bryn (starting in June)

Strength Is Ageless Series, 55+

This 6 class series is specifically designed for women 55+ who are ready to build strength safely, with individualized support. Learn lifting fundamentals, with an emphasis on form, safety, and longevity. Receive a personalized movement screen, nutrition insight, and goal setting guidance, all within a dynamic small group setting. Group is capped to 4 people.

3-week Series
Tues & Thur 10:30am- With Eve

Want to lift with a group of friends, or at a time not listed here? We can help with that! Group classes require a 4 person minimum, and can accommodate up to 6-8 people. Reach out, and we’ll work with you to get something started!

We operate all of our classes with a pay what you can model. If you can afford to do so, consider paying it forward! If the current minimum isn’t affordable, please reach out to us. Our goal is to make strength training accessible to all women!
