Strength Foundations

Start with the essentials and build confidence in every rep. This class is ideal for beginners and anyone who wants to refine technique in an encouraging, small group setting.

StrongHER55+

A strength training class for women 55+ of all experience levels, designed to build strength, improve bone health, and support long-term independence. Each class follows a structured, evidence-based program developed by a physician, exercise physiologist, and experienced trainers, with added emphasis on balance, mobility, and recovery.
