Coach Women. Build Strength. Change Lives.
We’re hiring a certified personal trainer to lead small, science-backed morning group classes for women of all ages—supporting confidence and lifelong strength in a welcoming, non-intimidating environment.
Strength changes lives—and at The Strength Initiative, we see that every day.
From first-time lifters to women rebuilding strength for long-term health, our gym is a place where women feel supported, capable, and empowered. We’re hiring a certified personal trainer who believes that lifting is more than exercise—it’s a tool for confidence, bone health, and longevity—and who wants to be part of a collaborative, mission-driven team.
The Role
We’re seeking a Certified Personal Trainer who loves coaching, believes in women’s strength, and wants to be part of a collaborative, mission-driven team.
You’ll coach women across the lifespan—many of whom are beginners or returning to strength training—and you’ll help them build strength, confidence, and consistency through safe technique and thoughtful progression.
