A strength training class for women 55+ of all experience levels, designed to build strength, improve bone health, and support long-term independence. Each class follows a structured, evidence-based program developed by a physician, exercise physiologist, and experienced trainers, with added emphasis on balance, mobility, and recovery.

An introductory weight training class focused on learning fundamental movements and building confidence in the weight room. You can expect individualized coaching and a supportive environment designed to help you gain strength in a way that is safe and effective for you!

A weight training class for lifters with prior barbell experience who are ready to continue building strength. This class features challenging programming, barbell-focused lifts, and individualized coaching to refine technique and support continued progress.

Dr. Lori Nathanson leads this yoga-inspired, small group class to help you lift better, and move better every day.
Each class uses yoga-inspired flows and props to focus on:
- Mobility for healthier joints and better lifting mechanics
- Balance and stability for strength and fall prevention
- Functional movement patterns for everyday life
- Recovery to reduce stiffness and improve performance
- Breath and body awareness for better movement quality -

For those who wish to lift a little more in their Strength Community! This open gym session does not have a trainer present, but includes an optional workout that aligns with the week's training.
Please note: For everyone's safety, this open gym is only for those who have attended our small group classes at least 8 times, or who have trainer approval. -
