Modern life narrows how we move, this workshop brings it back. You’ll practice crawling, balancing, rolling, and jumping to rebuild strength, mobility, and confidence in motion. Learn how to integrate these patterns into daily life so movement feels natural again.

Led by Anne Hilton, this interactive workshop helps you uncover hidden movement patterns that cause aches, limit progress, or risk injury. Through guided partner assessments and simple corrective drills, you’ll learn how to restore balance, improve form, and move with confidence in every workout.
